Week #20 2025

 Hello Golfers,

                     Well it is almost over… well it sorta kinda is I guess right.  League is complete finals are in !

First let me remind everyone that our league party is next Monday the 13th. Grayton Rd. Tavern. Party this year will be in the outdoor patio area. Dress accordingly!! Starts around 6pm food is at 7. Hopefully all can make it. I mentioned the final stats are in but first some nice scores this week to report…. Cannon a 3 over 39, T.Burkhardt and Dwyer both a 6 over 42. Fuentes a 5 over 41, Norman and Tescar both with a 4 over 40. Kelly & Bittinger with a 44. Bittingers 44 marks his lowest round ever I believe Congrats ! Nice job to all. The first par 3 pin shot this week went to Fuentes and the 2nd par 3 pin shot was to close to call so Steve C. & L.Strefas will split that $$ a total of  $120 to be paid out.  I will make available at the party print outs for your final handicaps and the final point leaderboard. Week #19 2025

 Hello Golfers, 

                  Well we are down to the last week of golf on Monday. I will say It has been a really good time golfing with everyone. Meeting some new friends and seeing some old ones. However it is not over yet we still have 1 more week left . Congrats go out to T.Burkhardt he is our single elimination tournament winner !!! Nice job. Congrats also go out to  R.Jewell & R.Ross for their nice pin shots ,they split $95 very nice!  A shout out to some nice scores this week go to Fuentes a 5 over 41 (ties his low round) Hoag & O’Neal a 43 , DiMarco a 44. Mone a 6 over 42, Tescar a 41. Russo also tied his lowest of the year with a 45. Some very nice scores this week! Next Mondays round should be on the 3rd nine (holes 19-27) All the weeks scores , updated handicaps for those who played and the updated point leaderboard are posted below.  Hello Hello,

                 We are down to the final match. Congrats to Mazur and T.Burkhardt to making it to the last match. I will not be there next Monday so  the final match will be played on the 19th week. they both can get in a warm up round I guess. Tournament bracket is posted below. Pin shots this week were split between Tescar & Manny. $110 Congrats. Some nice scores this week were posted by….. O’Neal a 6 over 42. Cannon a 4 over 40. Ross a 5 over 41. Tescar a 3 over 39 & Jewell had his lowest of the year with a 6 over 42. Very nice !  reminder our party is scheduled for Oct. 13th at the Grayton Rd.Tavern. Hope all can make it. Next weeks round is played on the 1st nine holes. Norman will be taking the $ for the pin shots while I’m away. Thanks. Leaderboard did not change much T. Week #16 2025

 Hello Hello,

                   Week 16 gave us some nice weather and nice scores… Next Mondays forecast is 76 and sunny !!!.  Some nice pin shots this week. Sheehan & Manny will split that pot. Week #17 we will be down to the final four in the tournament . Waiting for couple of scores before posting that.. Point leaderboard is close but still within reach for several golfers. Nice scores this week were turned in by ..Cannon an even 36, Grabowski a 4 over 40 his lowest this year, Norman a 6 over 42, Hoag & Chetnik tie their lowest with each a 43, Malobabic with a 44 also his lowest of the year. Lally finally wakes up shoots an even 50 and earning a league high 19 points for one round! . A very nice week for scoring. I met with staff at Grayton Rd. Tavern and our party is scheduled for October 13th. Usually around 6pm. I will keep everyone updated. Next league round should be on the 4th nine ,holes 28-36. All the weeks scores , updated handicaps for those who played and the updated point leaders. I will send out a text when the tournament is posted. See ya soon…

Week #15 2025

 Hello Golfers,

                   15 down 5 to go. The single elimination tourny rolls on. The bracket is not closed yet i'm still waiting for a couple scores to come in. It is posted below. The double elimination tournament is very and done. Congrats to Mone for taking the title again. Results are pictured below as well. We have some crazy news to report this week…… ready….Tuller won a pinshot !! yes that right ! Congrats Tuller very nice. Tuller and Callahan will split $100. Nice scores this week were urned in from;  Cannon a 2 over 38, Fox a 4 over 40, Mone ties his low round with a 41, Chetnik a 44. Kaloczi ties his low round with a 45 Mazur also the same with a 48. Very nice. We do NOT golf this Monday on labor Day. Enjoy the holiday. League resumes on Sept. 8th. I believe we will resume on the 4th nine. After the holiday I will reaching  out to the Grayton Rd. tavern to book our banquet. A tentative date of Monday October 13th. pending no rainouts so mark the date. Week #14 2025

 Goodafternoon Golfers,

                               Another week down but not without some movement in the brackets and some nice scores to report. Some nice scores this week by Tuller a 47  and Dwyer a 44 their lowest for the year so far. Cannon a 4 over 40. DiMarco scores his lowest of the year a 44. Fox turned in a 6 over 42 very nice. Mazur a 5 over 41 and Sheehan a 3 over 39. Nice scores! On the double elim. tournament DiMarco & Dwyer faced off and both ended with a net 36! On to the #1 handicap hole and Dwyer a par 5 and DiMarco a 6. Dwyer moves on to face Mone for the all around champ. Dwyer would have to win twice for that title. The single elimination tourny moves forward but will remain open for those still trying to turn in a card as I always do. We have 4 weeks left with that tournament. Pin shots this week were worth $100 there is no split !  T.Burkhardt wins both ! congrats for some very fine shots. Next weeks league play should be n the 2nd nine. Next Mondaysforecast is 70 and sunny ! A nice reprieve from the heat wave he have seen. All the updates and tournament brackets are posted below see ya soon hit’em well.

 Hello Golfers,

                Lots of numbers to report this week ! Scores, dbl. elim. tourney, single elim. tourney , point leaders, & some really nice scores.. First let’s acknowledge some nice pin shots from Steve C. & B.Betley they split $110. Some nice scores were turned in and  some eagles to go with those nice scores. O’Neal shot his lowest this year a 39. Sheehan turned in one better with a 38 and an eagle on hole #32 . Norman & Tescar both with a 4 over 40! Chetnik turned in his low round a 43 as well did Hoag with a 45. Very nice. On the tournament side the double elimination tourney is down to the finals. Dwyer vs. DiMarco and the winner of that will have the chance to meet Mone good luck. The single elimination toury. is moving along to round 2.  Hello Golfers,

                    This week the rain stayed away and finally  week #12 is complete ! The rainout we had was the first in several years. We don't like rainouts period. With that happening our season just gets extended another week. Some leagues have a specific end date however we do not. We play 20 weeks. Just so everyone understands when inclement  weather like that happens get a raincheck on your way past the clubhouse. I get them as a curtesy. Do not rely on me getting 30plus rain checks ! I get it, we have alot of new members and we dont have alot of rainouts. Those members that go out first , get 9 holes in , and are not aware of a rainout I understand . Enough about that. Pin shots totaled $130. that was split between O’Neal….yes you O’Neal ! Ya never know ha Jack! other half to L.Strefas congrats to both for some nice shots. Some nice scores this week were turned in by O’Neal a 6 over 42,  Mike M. a 44 ties his lowest of the year. Sheehan a 5 over 41.  Cannon turned in a even round of 36 & Bittinger turns in his lowest with a 47. Mone a 45. Nice !. Week #13 Dwyer and Fox face off for the consolation bracket semi-final.That winner will face DiMarco for the consolation champ. Week #13 also starts the 1st round in our single elimination tournament. That bracket is already posted. Week 13 should be on the 4th nine. Week #12 Update

 Hello Golfers,

                 After considerable consideration and lengthy discussions with the executive board we have determined that last Monday league play will be a rainout ! yes a rainout. first one in a couple years. Next Monday, August 4th. is to be week #12. Week #12 should be on the 3rd nine. (hole 19-27) The pin shot $$ will be kept in play. For those who did not get into the pin shots will have the opportunity to do so on Monday as usual. I was able to give out several rain checks  to some. I have a couple more to give on Monday. The consolation bracket will continue as normal as well. Thanks see ya soon. Hit’em well 

Week # 11 2025

 Hello Golfers,

                 I apologize for the long delay been very busy .. So the consolation bracket is down to the final 4 before facing Dimarco. Pin shots this week paid out $50 each winners were Hoag and Louie S. As mentioned in the previous post Week #11 is the start of a new leaderboard. All points reset to 0. Handicaps continue on as normal. We are going to have another tournament this one will be a single elimination blind draw and again I will use your net score ..Good luck.  Next week Monday is looking like 90 and sunny. the league should be on the 2nd nine hole 9-18 All the updates and the consolation bracket are listed below see ya soon hit’em well…..

Week #10 2025

 Hello Golfers

                    Wow week #10 comes to a close but not before crowning a tournament champ and acknowledging our 1st half league winner and giving away some $$ to very nice pin shots! Congratulations to F. MONE for a tournament well played and earning the championship !! Congratulations to B. CUPACH on his steady play and winning the 1st half of league play !! Also congrats to Fox & Tescar for some nice shots on the par 3’s. Winning the pin shots they split $110.00 Nice job. Lets give kudos to some nice scores..Grabowski shot just one off his lowest score with a 44. Also with a 44 was our 1st half winner B.Cupach. Congrats to Kelly with his lowest round a 46 & Hoag a 5over 41. Kaloszi turned in a 45 matching his lowest so far. Alot of nice scores!.  Week #11 starts the 2nd half that means ALL points reset to 0. Handicaps will continue as you play. We do not reset handicaps. The consolation bracket continues as we are down to 6 players. 2 matches will play this week. All this weeks scores , updated handicaps for those who played & the final leaderboard for the 1st half are listed below .Pictured below are the tournament brackets good luck to those still in!                       Another week in the books. Week #10 is Monday which marks the end of the 1st half ! The leaderboard is tight . Should be a close finish. Good luck to all. The forecast for Monday is 84 and SUNNY so let’s have a CHAMPIONSHIP match! Mone and DiMarco will play for the #1 spot  The 3rd nine gave up some nice scores this week. Congrats to Tuller, O’Neal & Benjamin they all shot their lowest round this year. Fuentes shot a 5 over 41 his lowest so far. T. Burkhardt also shot his lowest of the year ! Congrats to all. Pin shots this week went to Cannon & Norman they both earned themselves $50 each very nice !. The tournaments consolation bracket is down to 4 matches this week and Fox and Grabowski patiently waiting.  All the weeks scores, updated handicaps for those who played & the leaderboard are posted below.
