Week #18

Hello Golfers, 

                   18 down 2 to go. Two weeks left of league play. The season went by really quick, but  it is not over yet. We still have to crown a second half winner and several guys have a chance to capture that title. The season long tournament has come down to the last match!  Winner take all for week 19 play. Kelly won last week by 3 giving both himself and Benjamin 1 loss each. I confirmed our year end party with the Grayton Rd. Tavern and is set for Oct. 14th. I reserved the outside patio so dress for the weather however if there is inclement weather we will have the option of taking it indoors. As always your significant other is welcome. Usually we start around 6. Pizza, wings and more. Some nice scores to mention from week 18 were from Cannon 39, Lanasa 40, O’Neal & Jewell 43. Very nice. Pin shots this week went Grabowski and Cannon they split $80. Next weeks round is on the 3rd nine. Week #17

 Hello Golfers,

                       Another week in the books. First and foremost I met with staff at the Grayton Rd. Tavern & confirmed our end of the season party for Oct. 14th. 6pm ‘ish. I reserved the outdoor patio for our party. Weather permitting of course. Pin shots this week… Willy was a lil selfish and decided to take both of them for himself !! Taking in $60. Congrats . Nice scores this week went to Tescar a 4 over par 40, Cannon also shot a 4 over round. Both Malobabic and Grabowski carded their lowest round of the year. A 6 over 42. Steve C. finished week #17 with tying his lowest round of the year. Congrats. The tournament is down to 2 golfers. It’s been a long wait for Benjamin I’m sure. Benjamin (13.61) and Kelly (12.07) will play for the Championship. Kelly is giving up 2 strokes & will need to win twice. If Kelly wins on week #18 each will have 1 loss forcing a week #19 winner take all . Good luck to both. We have a tie on the leaderboard with 3 rounds left ! Week #16

 Hello Golfers,

                     Greetings from Colorado. It looked to be a nice day for golf, some really nice scores. We are down to 3 in the tournament. Week #17 puts Steve C. (13.3) against Kelly (12.3) pretty much a heads up match . Good luck to both. Winner of that match will play Benjamin in week #18. The leaderboard is getting tight. Two points  separate  the leader from 2nd position. Which there is a tie as of today, with a few more not to far behind. Nice scores to mention were from Willy carded an eagle & a par finish for a 38 ! Burkhardt also carded a 38 with 5 pars and a birdy ! O’Neil &  Tescar with a 41 almost ties their low rounds of the year. Pin shots this week went to Willy and Cannon they split $75. We had a couple guys inquire about our year end party. As of now we are on schedule to finish week #20 on Oct. 7th and have the party on Oct. 14th. Like the previous years the party is at the Grayton Road Tavern.
