Hello Golfers,
Welcome back everyone and welcome to all the new members this year! We have about 10 new members this year and possibly a couple more when we resume after the holiday (June 3rd). For the new members on this blog we keep track of scores , handicaps & a point system for 1st & 2nd half standings. We have a 1st half winner and a 2nd half winner . Points are givin out for pars, birdies, etc. no neg. pts. for bogies or worse. We are also gonna do a tournament prob after the 3rd week when handicaps are established. As far as weekly competitions go $5 for pin shots on the par 3’s. $5 covers you for both par 3’s if you choose to play. If no one hits the par 3 that day the $$ will carry over to the next week of play either on the 1st or 2nd par 3 pending on which was not hit. The winners from week #1 were R.Jewel & Manny they split $80. Week #2 the winners were George (Koz) & Manny they split $100. (thats almost 2 handles of crown !!)
