Week #11

Hello Golfers,

                  Week #11 kicks off the start of the 2nd half. All points reset however handicaps continue. Week #11 is off to a great start guys are making their move on the leaderboard early !. Some really nice rounds were turned in by Lanasa & Fox both shot a 1 over par 37, Beckner a 2 over par 38, Walker & Niko both shot 3 over 39’s. Fuentes shot his lowest round a 4 over 40. Torok, Martinez & Wise all shot their lowest rounds this year also. Some really good golf ! Nice. We gave away $$ to Lanasa ( again) and Beckner this week for some very nice pin shots. They will split $70 congrats. The tournament bracket comes down to the semi’s with Negron moving on to face Kelly & the winner than to face Richardson. Good luck.  We are going to run a single elimination tournament during the 2nd half I believe starting week 13. I will not be at league play next Monday. Going on family vacation. Burkhardt has volunteered to run the pin shots for the league while I’m gone. Please send me a pic like normal of your scores. Next Mondays forecast is 74 and sunny ! Week #10

 Hello Golfers, 

                     Wow Winner Winner !! 1st half winner Congrats to Niko ! Nice job and some good golf also he’s shot a 1 over par 37. Other nice scores were from Cannon a 2 over 38, Kelly and Orlando shot their lowest rounds this year and Vance & Fuentes  tie their lowest round . Good golf by all. $$ we gave away some par 3 money this week . New winners were Lanasa & our newest member to our league Jewell. Winners split $80. Week 10 is the end of the 1st half so all points reset to start the 2nd half good luck to all. Our tournament is down to a couple weeks with Negron playin Hoag. Winner of that will face Kelly than Richardson for the championship match. Will will be starting another tournament. It will be a single elimination that will take us to the end of our season. We will also still be doing our normal league points bracket as well. Next Mondays  forecast is 85 and sunny ! This weeks scores, updated handicaps and standings are below. See ya soon hit’em well

Week #9

Hello Golfers,

                    Wow what a scorcher !! Just a picture perfect day for golf right ! We have a new member of our league he joined this past Monday welcome Randy Jewell !.  Next week marks the end of the 1st half already ! Leaderboard is separated by only 5 points, ya never know . Some really nice pin shots on the par 3’s . Congrats to Rivera on the 1st par 3…yes i said “Rivera” & to Manny on the 2nd par 3..they will split $80  Sorry Niko !. Niko did however shoot a very nice -1 35 ! Vance ties his lowest round of the year. Cannon seams to be back in the groove with a 4 over par 40. Brinkhoff & Norman shot their lowest rounds for the year so far. Manny shot an even round of 36. Congrats to all very nice golf. The tournament bracket is updated Richardson & Kelly are watching as the final 4 in the consolation bracket finish it out! Good luck to all.
