Week #20

WOW its hard to believe we jus finished week 20 ..This season produced some really great highlights and scores..A hole-in-one , alot of really nice pin shots, and a few scores of even par.. We had some returning members and some new ones ..Thanks to all..A reminder to all that next Monday is our lil golf league party it will be at The Grayton Rd. Week #19

Hello all. sorry for the delay.. wow only 1 week left ..summer sure did go by in a hurry..Some awesome golf weather this past Monday and some nice scores as well.. No pin shots to report this week.. I did confirm with Grayton Rd Tavern Oct 17th at around 6pm for our lil end of the season party..Hopefully everyone can make it.. Week #18

A lil bit of an early rain really put the hurt on league play for most members however the few that went out at league time enjoyed a beautiful sunny afternoon and pretty much had the course to themselves !! I talked with Billy at the Grayton Rd Tavern and his events co-ordinator Gina and we are in for Monday October 17th ..thats 1 week after our last week of league play. Our lil banquet will prob be 6pm til whenever.. Next weeks golf (week 19 ) should be played on the 1st nine , holes 1 thru 9 .. the forecast is 70 and sunny ..Hopefully it doesnt change and forecast rain cuz nobody really wants to get their feet wet..scores , handicaps, & points are listed below see ya on monday remember hit'em straight and hit'em far..

Week #17

Hello all .. Our league is quickly coming to the end its hard to believe we already golfed 17 weeks... However there is still 3 weeks left and top of the point standings are really gettin close ..Are last week of league play is Oct. 10th We DO golf on Columbus Day which is the 10th . This is not a holiday for Mallard Creek. There were some really nice scores turned in ..Congrads to C.Russell shot a 3 over 39. S.Richardson and M.Bittenger also turned in a nice score>>Bittenger shooting one of his low rounds of the year and moving him up to a tie for the lead.. Nice Job .. Next weeks folf (Week #18 ) should be played on the 4th nine .. No pin shots were played this week hopefully we can get a nice pot for next week.Also mark your calender for Oct 17. this is the tentative date for our end of the year social at Grayton Rd. Week #16

Week 16 was a pretty quiet week no record breaking scores no hole-in-ones no pin shots were paid out.. the weather was really nice and next monday s forcast is 75 and sunny...Its time to start planning our end of the year social some guys recommended the Grayton Rd. Tavern and its prob gonna be 1 week after the last golf day which is Oct 10 so im gonna talk with Billy up at the Tavern and see if we can schedule the party for Oct 17th I hope that works for everyone ..If you have any other suggestions please let me know ..Next weeks golf should be played on the 3rd nine holes 19-27 Week 16 scores , handicaps, and points are listed below . Week #15

Wow week 15 turned out to be a tough week for some ( ME ) and a very nice week for scoring for others..congrads to Negron for a nice round of 4 over and a pin shot on hole #3 the 173 yard par 3 which he put it about 4 ft and made the birdie !! The other par 3 hole #5 also paid out to Manny Congrads to both..congrads also to Walker who also shot a 4 over round and Vance Sr. also shot his lowest round so far very nice ..Next Monday is a holiday so no league play ..league resumes on Sept. 12th and should be played on the 2nd nine ( 10-18 ) Scores , handicaps & Points are listed below ..Have a safe and enjoyable holiday see ya soon remember hit'em straight and hit'em far..

Week #14

Wow you couldnt ask for nicer weather.. mid 70's and sunshine by far the best day we've seen so far and the best scores we've seen so far by many... Congrad to C.Russel on a 39 (its about time you stopped sandbaggin ) Some really nice rounds also turned in by T.Cannon an even par 36 ,K.Walker had 4 birdies en route to a 37, This week 2 pin shots were paid out ; Hole #30 the 194 yard par 3 to Manny and the other was hole #34 the 132 yard par 3 to K.Walker ..M.Bittenger also turned in his lowest round of the year so far Congrads to all..Note; An early reminder on September 5th there is No league play ( Labor Day )..However next Monday (8/29) golf should be played on the 1st nine (1-9) see you all next Monday remember hit'em straight and hit'em far..scores, handicaps and points are listed below.

Week #12

WOW another great day for golf ..And a great day for scoring ..Alot of very nice scores were turned in like C.Russell a 2 over 38 ,, Negron also a 2 over 38,,K.Walker a 3 over 39 and T Canon a 4 over 40.. C Gabriel even shot his low round for the year so far..We paid out 2 pin shots holes 13 par 3 158 yards and hole 16 the 161 pard par 3 both pin shots were won by Manny congrads to him on a couple lucky shots.. Next weeks golf should be played on the 3rd nine (holes 19-27 ) believe it or not next weeks weather forecast is 81 and sunny.. Remember hit'em straight and hit'em far see ya Monday !!

Week # 11

Week # 11 starts the 2nd half of our league. The points all reset.. even you Curtis !! We had 1 pinshot won that goes to Negron for the par 3 shot very nice.. The other pin shot will carry over to next week ..we play the 2nd nine (holes # 10-18 )so we will have an additional $15 on hole #13 the 158 yard par 3..There were some nice scores turned in last Monday including a 7 over 43 by T.Vance Jr. Next Mondays forecast is 84 and sunny...scores,handicaps & points listed below see ya next week remember hit'em far and hit'em straight !!

Week #10 Golf

Wow can you believe week #10 already gone .. Week 10 marks the half way point in our league and a tight leaderboard it was especially the last several weeks evryone seemed to turn it up a lil.. The winner of the 1st half is C.Orr with a total of 97 pts.!!! Congrads to him...Monday golf (Aug 1st) the points will reset ..We had a great turnout for week 10 ..18 total golfers. Also we paid out 2 closest to the pin shots . Week #9

WOW what a great day for golf on Monday weather was fantastic..There were a few nice scores turned in also ...We had a couple winners on the par 3 closest to the pins ..the first was D.Kelly stuck it nice and close on the 13th hole 158 yards & the other was Manny on the 16th 161 yards congrads to both .. Nice rounds of golf by J.Hoag & Negron both turned in a 42 & D.Pochatek a nice 41..we have 1 more week left for the 1st half of our season (Orr you didn't win the 1st half yet !! )however week 10 will be backed up a week due to the RNC.. Most members are working 12 hour shifts .. So there will be NO league play next Monday (July 18th) league will resume on July 25th Mallard Creek was notified of this as well..Scores , handicaps , & Points are listed below remember hit'em straight & hit'em far..have a SAFE week ..

week 8 golf

Wow our golf season is goin fast ..1st half of the season is coming up quick scores are close .. Guess what ,,, (you say what) nobody hit the 1st par three on Monday (hole #3 173yds.) so that means the next monday we golf is worth a few extra bucks..an additional $37.00 !! We play the 2nd nine for week #9 ( July 11th ) so the first par three hole #13 158 yards will be worth some extra cash. If you paid that does not mean you are automaticaly in ..you must pay again to participate.. We did pay out one par three the 5th hole 160yds to Manny congrads to him. Also congrads to K.Walker for a nice 2 over 38 ..Remember next Monday is July 4th so no golf ..League resumes on July11th Happy 4th to all.. scores ,handicaps and points are below see ya soon hit'em far and hit'em straight..

Week #7 Golf Results

A great day for golf 90 and sunny.. Week #7 is in the books .. Some really good scores were turned in which means handicaps are comin down,,This week paid out 1 pin shot to Negron on hole #34 a 132 yard par three congrads to him.. Nobody hit the 1st par 3 hole #30 at 194 yards so half the $$ (27.00) will be carried over to the 1st par 3 hole on week #8 (hole #3 the 173 yard par 3 pending we play the 1st nine ). Note that only the $$ will carryover you have to pay again to get into the pin shots. Next weeks golf we should play the 1st nine holes 1-9.. See ya next week remember hit'em straight and hit'em far. Week 6 Golf

Week #6 we had beautiful weather and alot of good scores.. 2 pin shots were paid out #1 was hole #21 par 3 at 145 yards to Manny and #2 was hole #25 a 120 yard par 3 to Cannon. Nice Job.. Week #5 Golf

Hello all week 5 is complete ..we had a couple pin shots to pay out this week 1st to Negron on hole 13 par 3 at 158 yards and the second to Tony Sr. on hole16 a par 3 at 161 yards congrads to the both of them.... Week #4 Hihglights, scores, & More

Hello all... scores are in and they are getting lower.. This week we paid out 2 pinshots 1 to K.Callahan who scored a "Hole -in-One" on hole # 3 173 yards.
