wow 3 weeks already in the books. After the 3rd round is completed I will begin handicaps and standing, The point system works like this...once your individual  handicaps are  established (min 3 rounds) i will take 90% and give you strokes to par example is if you have a 10 handicap you will get 90% which is 9. So you get 9 strokes ,, 1 per hole ,,if you take a 5 actual score with your handicap it becomes a 4 (net score) point breakdown is ; par = 1pt, birdy=2 pts eagle=3 pts double eagle =4 pts and a net 1 = 5pts. With that said lets congradulate Lou Pipoly on his closest to the pin on the second par 3..worth 47.00 and the 1st par 3 closest to the pin went to Manny. Next Monday is a Holiday so there is no league play ...League play will resume on June 1st.

Hello golfers I hope everyone has dryed out by now Congrats to Negron for the the 1st pin shot worth $30.00 and to Manny for the long putt.. The 2nd pin shot will be carried over to the 2nd par three next week due to the inclimate weather not everyone was able to finish including that 2nd par three ..So $30,00 will be carried over to next week .. golf on May 18th will be played on the 4th nine. Just a reminder to everyone there is NO golf on the 25th Mallard creeek does not have league play on holidays.See ya next Monday remember hit'em far and hit'em straight..

long Putt

hello golfers just wanted to remind everyone that there is a carry over for the long putt some might not understand how it works so if you make a putt of any lenght mark it if someone makes a putt thats longer than the putt marked well mark that putt and put your name on it....the person making the longest putt wins so yes a 2 foot putt can win it.. so mark your long putt ...good luck
